Since established in 2010, Raise has devoted a lot of effort on our independent R&D team, providing customers with one-stop services, from product design to prototype verification, mold manufacturing to mass production. We have senior professional designers and developers, advanced processing equipment. Over these years, our sophisticated team has successively provided quality design solutions and supplied products to OEM or ODM customers all over the world.
A R&D project team will be organized after fully communication with clients. We use SOLIDWORKS 3D software to make product drawing for design review. Then CNC processing or 3D printing prototype of new design will be completed within 1-2 weeks. After prototype confirmed, our skilled mold development staffs can work out variety injection molds, metal molds, blow molds, etc..
Safety is most priority in home care product industry. Raise has in-house lab, with professional testing equipment, and test engineers trained in standards such as ISO, JIS, EN, and so forth. Before bulk production, there is control list and develop standards for testing and verification, make sure meet customers’ safety requirements.
